This Privacy Policy applies to Space Spacy version 1.00 and later distributed on Google Play and replaces any previous privacy notices for older versions of the app.
This Privacy Policy is provided by Henry Gosuen, developer under the alias warchild14 ("we", "us", or "our").

Overview
Space Spacy is a mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains how the app accesses, processes, stores, uses, and shares user data.
We do not sell personal data.
Data the app may access or process
The app may access or process the following categories of data depending on how you use it:
- Gameplay progress and local app settings stored on your device.
- Achievement and leaderboard activity if you use Google Play Games Services.
- Purchase-related data such as product identifiers, transaction status, and purchase tokens if you make an in-app purchase.
- Age assurance or purchase eligibility status used to determine whether real-money purchases should be available.
- Basic technical and diagnostic information such as app version, device model, operating system version, language, and service reliability information processed by platform or service providers.
How data is used
Data is used to:
- operate the game and save local progress;
- provide achievements and leaderboards;
- process and validate in-app purchases;
- apply age-related purchase restrictions where required;
- maintain security, integrity, compatibility, and app stability.
Data sharing and third-party services
Space Spacy uses third-party services that may process limited user or device data in order to provide their functionality.

Space Spacy uses Unity technology, including Unity services related to runtime functionality and in-app purchasing.

If you use achievements, leaderboards, or Google Play Games sign-in, related service data may be processed by Google.

If you make purchases in the Android version of the app, purchase and transaction handling may be performed by Google Play and related payment systems. We do not directly receive or store your payment card or bank details.

What the app does not currently use
The current Google Play version of Space Spacy does not currently use Soomla or Unity Everyplay.
The app does not currently use screen recording or social replay posting features as part of the current Google Play release.
Data retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear app storage, reset the app, or uninstall the app.
Purchase, platform, and service-related data may be retained by the relevant third-party service providers under their own policies.
We retain only the minimum data reasonably necessary to operate the app, respond to support requests, and meet applicable platform or legal requirements.

Depending on the data involved:
- local game data can usually be deleted by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app;
- Google Play Games data or purchase records may be managed by the relevant platform provider under that provider's own systems and policies.
Security
We take reasonable steps to limit direct access to user data and rely on trusted platform and service providers for purchases, authentication, and related security functions.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's privacy
If required by platform rules or device-level protections, access to real-money purchase features may be limited by age assurance or similar controls.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page.
